From May through October the Gallery hosts shows with work created by artists from the region. Openings are from 5 – 7 PM on the Second Friday of each month. The artwork includes: painting, photography, ceramics, fiber, and mixed media.

Beverly Shores is a community replete with resident artists. When the Depot was restored, it was only natural that it would include a Gallery. Early efforts to create shows by artists focused on residents. As time passed and interest in the location and its exhibits expanded, efforts were made to expand its footprint by reaching out and building relationships with regional artists and other galleries.

Today the Gallery is well known for its “Second Fridays” openings as well as its annual “5×5” event for which artists who wish to do so donate art pieces measuring 5” x 5”.
People then pay $55 per ticket for the chance to acquire a piece(s) of art of their choosing. This event has been held in person and, during Covid, online. This is one of the
Depot’s major fund-raisers.
